Pros

Over the past 25 years, UST has been an incredible place for growth, learning, and long term career development for me. One of the things I have appreciated most is how much the company invests in its people and creates genuine opportunities for associates to take on bigger responsibilities over time. The organization is set apart by its leadership culture. Leaders are approachable, supportive, and always willing to mentor others. There is real focus on helping people grow into larger roles, and that kind of encouragement has had a meaningful impact on my own journey. In a company of this scale, gestures like the recent share buyback are rare. It felt like a thoughtful way of recognizing and rewarding employees who have contributed to the company’s success. Overall, UST has provided me with opportunities to learn, contribute, and continue evolving professionally. For anyone looking for a workplace that values mentorship, growth, and long term commitment, this is definitely a great choice.

Cons

At times, work life balance can be challenging during busy sales periods like end of quarters.
