Pros
The experience might not be the same with everyone and with every account. I worked for client intel and following are 1) Good Salary (Dont depend on salary hikes. Get your best salary during joing only) 2) You can do certifications which company reimbursements.Growth will be there if you are a self learner. 3) UST provides with ample time/opportunities to apply for opportunities during the talent pool.
Cons
1) Few managers are good who are technical. Few just manage. 2) Employee appraisal doesn't depend on ones skill set and performance. they follow a pyramid structure to pay your hikes/ variable pays process followed isnt a good one. 3) Salary is paid very promptly at end of the month . But Finance team is the most lazy team who responds very late to the queries/concerns. 4) Manager dont care about your career as long as you stick to the account and their account is getting money as long as your work. Internal job transfer is very tough task and you are stuck in a account with a profile which doesnt suit you.
