      Used to have good comp and interesting projects / smart people

      Cons

      Leadership/management is transforming the company from one where we encourage people to care deeply about the business and be empowered to solve their problems, to one where the only thing that matters is making your manager look good. Leadership knows little of the business, has no individual thinking, and only cares about pushing down priorities from the top and making the team work on slides to make them look good

      Wear and tear on a personal vehicle, inconsistent at times, too many ubers in one spot.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
