      Pros

      ATG team is awesome. I love working here and hope to continue on this path.

      Cons

      The Phoenix Training Team (TREX) is not organized. They have a person running the PHX training that does not have experience and does not know what he is doing. They do not treat the "Mentors" with respect and completely degrade them even thought they are doing they job of a TREX member without any additional compensation.

      The job is very stable and there are a steady stream of passengers.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
