Terrible place if you are a minority with dark skin. Specifically AA. Discrimination and passive aggressive behavior comes at every level from the global head of operations all the way down. Felt unwelcomed from the first day I got there. The other reviews are absolutely accurate. There is a reason why the L&D and recruiting departments lack diversity.
