A good way to pay biils - Rider Uber Employee Review

Great company to work for. Very consistent and professional. One of my favorite jobs I've ever had.

Could pay a little more base pay. They started off strong but it seems like they started to depend on the tips we were making. Instead of our base bay increasing it slowly dipped, but they also had peak times and hours where we could make a much more than normal, so I guess it really averaged out.
