      Friendly, casual, entrepenurial culture Best in what they do Very people oriented and care for employees. This is demonstrated in many ways Fun loving, great brands

      It is well known that Unilever are not the best of payers- but working at such an awesome company makes it ok

      Management doesn't communicate much with employees in area. And they only let certain people get overtime for some reason.
