Feel like an employee number rather than a human being
A very 'top-down' organization (and very top-heavy)
Management often take credit for work and leave the people doing all the hard graft feeling undervalued
Poor IT systems (you are not provided with the tools you need to do the job effectively and efficiently)
Not easy to move around (even though they boast offices worldwide)

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!
Cons
Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
