1) culture based on humanism 2) horizontal relationship with managers 3) stable employment compared to others 4) competitive salary 5) good to learn business and organizational process
Cons
1) no bonus or overtime pay 2) limited creativity due to overwhelming process and risk averse culture 3) too slow decision making - spend too much energy on internal alignment 4) less connection with co-workers; ppl are simply too busy..!
