No pros I can see here. It's good only if the employee is willing to change.
Cons
It brings down the morale of employees when they are treated as things and left at management's whims. They are shifted forcefully even on customer's loss. It's a stupid policy where your manager plays the bully and removes his opponents from the team. It shouldn't be forced. Also after 45 days you are ousted from company if you fail to secure another project.
