Pros

Compensation is alright, but even that is on a downhill trajectory

Cons

Where to begin. Tech is outdated, and they’re now playing catch up through acquisitions. Senior management is completely tone deaf. It’s all about singing the same song that nothing is wrong. All whilst the best employees are running for the hills. Churn is at an incredible high and new business is slowing down significantly. The real shift happened when Aneel stepped down and they brought in Carl. The guy’s only interest is short term stock growth to hit hit bonus targets. Not thinking about the long term success of the company and he’s ready to sacrifice the whole company and the customer base to get his big pay out.

Pros

Peers/ co-workers, flexibility, genuine nice co-workers

Cons

Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
