It makes me sad to say this, but I was hoping management would actually care about one of our boasted core values: Employees…but that is clearly not the case.
It is clear that current management does not care about any feedback from employees, they’re just driving the business with their own ambitions and self-interests in mind.
They keep removing programs, opportunities, career advancement options, and push unfair promotional standards that only support the few instead of the whole.
We always prided ourselves on being different from the other organizations. But I’m sad to say upper management is making Workday just like every other bureaucratic heavy, red-tape filled, politic rewarding company out there. Workday is gone, it’s something else now; and it isn’t better.
I’ve been hoping for a long time now that management would actually listen to the voice of the people and feedback, they clearly don’t. On this post, we may even get a response from Workday claiming they care about our opinion. But nothing changes.
