Pros

I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. The pros were I was paid for my time. Pay checks came on time every other week. That sums up the pros.

Cons

This is the WORST company I have ever worked at! Leadership is consistently poor and shows little interest in changing a toxic recruiting culture. Corporate Recruiters are treated as order takers rather than strategic partners, and recruiting leadership does nothing to push back on that, they simply let the business run the show while the same problems repeat themselves in a cycle. Compensation is consistently below market. Despite the workload and expectations, pay never reflects what roles actually demand. The interview process is unnecessarily convoluted and over-reliant on DISC assessments to a fault. Hiring managers would refuse to consider candidates based on a D or C score alone, bypassing qualified people because of a personality framework rather than actual skills or fit. This creates real barriers to hiring good talent and put recruiters in an impossible position. There is a general culture of rudeness and dismissiveness toward the recruiting function. Rather than being seen as a value-add, recruiters are viewed as administrative support and that attitude comes from the top down. If you are a recruiter or any professional who values being treated as such and having leadership that advocates for the function, this is not the place for you. RUN away don’t walk! There’s a lot of turnover at this company and if you work here, you will see first hand why that is.

Pros

I have felt very supported from the first day, this is not a job that leaves you "figure it out on your own". I was assigned a mentor on my first day, and we meet weekly for lunch. She has been very helpful in helping me acclimate to a corporate environment. Everyone I have interacted with is very kind. The provided breakfast and lunch is fantastic, and such a savings for me on a weekly basis.

Cons

It can get a little loud with so many employees in one space, but they provided me with AirPods, and I just use those if I need some quiet.

Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to work with EquipmentShare for about a year now, following their acquisition of Resla, a company I am proud to be part of from its very beginning. I spent three years with Resla as it grew. It is a Tesla rental car company built from the ground up, and I believed in the vision so strongly that I moved my family of 4 across the country to be part of it. Having also worked for larger organizations like Cobblestone Auto Spa and CircusTrix (Sky Zone), I’ve experienced a wide range of company cultures and leadership styles, which makes my experience with EquipmentShare stand out even more. EquipmentShare is, without a doubt, the best company I’ve ever worked for. What truly sets them apart isn’t just the scale & innovation, it’s the people and the culture. From leadership down, there is a genuine commitment to putting employees first. That’s not just something they say, it’s something you feel in how decisions are made, how communication is handled, and how employees are supported day to day. Transitions after acquisitions can often feel uncertain or impersonal, but that hasn’t been my experience here. EquipmentShare has done an incredible job maintaining the spirit of what made Resla special, while also providing the resources, structure, and long-term vision of a larger organization. That balance is rare. The leadership team deserves a lot of credit. It’s clear they care about their people, and that mindset carries throughout the company. When employees feel valued and respected, it reflects in the work, collaboration, and overall environment. If you’re looking for a company that truly prioritizes its employees, fosters growth, and operates with a strong sense of purpose, EquipmentShare is a place worth being.

Cons

As the company continues to grow and scale, there are occasional growing pains with processes and communication, especially following the transition from a startup environment. The pace can also be fast at times, but leadership is actively working to improve and support teams.

There is a great atmosphere and culture within this company. The company encourages you to seek personal development and emphasizes physical fitness.

There are several areas within the company that need to have their procedures reevaluated so that more efficient processes can be put into place.
