      Poor Payroll Management Team

      Pros

A job A check Business hours

      Cons

Micromanagement in every single way, the Timekeeper Administrator asked my colleagues and I to document all tasks and subtask every week adding a Time Card of the 40 hours we need to work. In addition, we had to add all of our tasks to our outlook calendars. Furthermore, she joined every single training I had to micromanage my interactions with others. Even after 1 year of training users. Don’t waste your time innovating since it will not be taken into account... you can’t even decide the color of your headers! Another member of the management team constantly makes racist remarks, unprofessional, and is rude to her staff. Remained in the role to avoid displaying job-hopping/short-term employment on my resume. My biggest regret was not leaving right away. Payroll is a toxic department, some good people, poor management. Poor Corporate HR Support, many issues have been addressed by different folks but no actions are made. In summary, their biggest problem is the micro-management team. No clear vision, old management style, killing innovation and giving the worst impression of Foster Farms.
