So, that Company knows how many are willing to leave. - People who thinking that it's ok we can let go last year hike. This year it will be a good one. Let me tell you, it will be in single digit.(1-9%) - I see few 4-5 stars reviews and writing they are really happy and etc etc. Those reviews are fake and they are posted by the HRs to balance out the rating.

It is said the true character of any person is revealed when he or she undergoes a tough time and same is applicable to the corporates, even more so as corporate culture is defined by the people there, especially the leaders of the company. The leaders and HR in this company keep talking about Forte but tweak it for their convenience. Fairness and Openness of FORTE have gone down the drain as there is nothing shared openly with employees and all decisions are taken in hush-hush manner. My biggest disappointment came when I resigned and was made aware that I will be paid nothing for the leaves I had accumulated. It seems sometime in 2022, HR took a decision (and did not bother to inform the stakeholders) that after a particular position, the accumulated leaves have been revoked and one cannot accumulate any leave anymore. I had accumulated over 30 leaves (equivalent to 1 month salary) over the years and I lost all that money. Cheats they have become in their zest for survival. I am now checking if I can sue them for this as my appointment letter talks about the leave accumulation.
