      Ok company to work for as long as you don't work in sales

      Pros

      H&S software is a must have for many companies and Intelex has a strong H&S suite of applications. The company is located downtown and they have a work from home policy.

      Cons

      Outside of H&S, the Intelex offering is rather weak. The product needs a lot of services time which makes the sale challenging. The leadership in sales has a lot of people who have been there for too long, have a great sense of entitlement and consider Intelex unique and therefore unable to implement best practices from other organizations.

      Pros

      Chief People Officer has great idea and really attempts to create an excellent, modern work culture that is fair.

      Cons

      Management is a complete joke and the sales reps that have been with the company for years have literally had no experience anywhere else. They have had all the good accounts for years and make the most money even though they are terrible at what they do and don't even know it. Company is incredibly cheap with sales reps and don't have a clue how sales reps are treated elsewhere.
