TOO MUCH WORK PRESSURE & TARGETS IN OJT. VERY BAD OPERATIONS MANAGERS - They are playing layoff strategy to escape from production accountability. The Trainers too are supporting this strategy - like, if you remove new agents - we can train some more again so that we keep getting paid for new batches. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!! Did you people learn the job you're currently doing - in just a month???? What if you people too had gotten removed in the learning stage? Would you be in the place you are currently in??? HAVE SOME ETHICS!!!

They just hiring in bulk just to get their name in Forbes list for being the largest hiring employer but in reality they'll terminate the employees at the same amount. I left my job here bcos of the worst working culture here. One of the worst company to work with. This company deserves a big DSAT themselves. However good you perform, it'll always be your mistake. Their Walmart process is so worst. Company will ask you to get CSAT but you'll spend 70% of your shifts time handling the fraud customers who'll not give you any ratings, out of rest 30% customers will still give you DSAT even though if you provide the resolution. If the customer is not replying then it's your mistake, if the desired resolution is not available then it's your mistake, It'll always be your mistake. They'll always blame you even though if it's not your mistake.TL Tausif (Mota Kallu) one of the worst person who'll blame you and play politics just to keep his job safe. SME's are far better than the TL. No food at cafe, only Maggi is available which you'll get after 15 mins by the time your break will end, broken coffee machine. Worst timing, if you go on bio break then should be back within 4 mins and if you extend even 1 secs they'll say you extended your break (I'm damn serious about this and not exaggerating). Don't waste your time by joining this crap organisation.
