      Package is competitive with respect to market.

      - If they give u 10Rs, they will make u do work for ₹30 which is fine for me but the level of professional behaviour is missing. - They will yell at you like hell like a servant. - Even the colleagues who are working there from many years became like that. - I was going on planned leave, Manager asked me to login from bus and work as he does it too. That's also I can consider but when I had covid in recent times he asked why I am not coming to office, I said it's because of office, instead of taking care of health, manager just asked me to complete my mandatory work from office next week any how. That's how the toxic environment is. - No proper KT/Training will be given but will expect 100 accuracy, even during KT if u ask some logic, they would say it works like that but don't know the reason. - Everyone is just frustated and stressed because of micro management - I felt like I will become suicidal that's why I left the toxic environment.

      1.They will train you extensively.And hence,good leaning opportunities. 2.Good package for freshers as well as for people having 1-2 yrs of experience. 3.Work culture depends on team manager/leader.Some managers are felxible and approachable while some are not.So it's a part of luck to get good managers. 4.Work times are 40 hrs per week (5days).No punch-ins.So it has flexbility to leave once your work is over.(but again here,it differs as per manager) 5.Leaves allowed are : PL 20 SL 12 6.Canteen facility is subsidised and sodexo coupons are available for daily maximum limit of (60/75 INR) however these coupons are not available for people with Indian shift timings. 7.Referral bonus is 20000 for juniors and 50000 for VP/managers and above. 8.All new technologies - latest desktops/earphones etc are available. 9.Policies are very strictly administered. 10.Turnover ratio of org is low as salaries are high. 11.Position of the firm/Hierarchy depends on team and name of the position has low corelation with salary.e.g. a team can have analyst-associate-ED or it can have analyst-Senior analyst- Associate 1- Associate 2- AVP-VP-ED-MD--and so on 12.Nodal/bus service is provided from diff locations but its not a shuttle service and hence timings of the bus service should match your office timings. 13. Roaster/Pooling cab service starts from 8.45 pm at free of cost. 14.Last nodal/bus service is for shift ending on 7.30pm ( generally bus service starts at 7.40pm for that shift) 15.It has internal job opportunites too. Basically functions are CIB ( Corporate Investment Banking), AWM ( Asset and wealth mgt),CCB(Consumer & Community Banking),PB(Private Banking)

      Cons

      1.Entering in the organisation is tough as it has low turnover. 2.Interview process is quite time consuming (can be min 1month) 3.Some team has office politics 4.Employees with same work/designation/experience can have diff pay scales.

      will give opportunities to learn and work

      Cons

      no relation between rating and year end appraisal/bonus, biased managers on bonus and hikes. People getting lower rating can get higher bonus and vice versa and HR doesn't even interfere. No benchmark on the same. No hike and bonus in the first year (some policy which doesnt exist anywhere)
