Sadly there is not much benefits compared to larger firms as we are still a small company. But they are definitely trying to get us the basic needs like insurance.

Doesn't pay that well and not much benefits

1. Although this is a Singapore company, there is no Singaporean at the Exco or at the Head of Department level except for the Founder/CEO himself. Where is the diversity and inclusion? 2. There is a lack of focus on employees, HR is a part-time function filled by part time employees, does this not say something? Exco doesn't seem to have any focus on employee welfare nor engagement. 3. The employee experience is cold, devoid of any human element. 4. Salary and Benefits are really basic, bare minimum. 5. High staff attrition, there must be a reason for this, why can't the Exco see it?

Perks and Benefits can be better to attract more talents & keep people staying.

Benefits could be better, but it looks like they're working to improve them.

Basic medical benefits and instructions coverage

1) CEO is quite nitpicky and wants to control almost every detail, which makes it difficult for teams to make decisions or move forward without constant approval. Creates significant bottlenecks and slows down progress. 2) Overthinking and micromanaging from leadership often lead to projects being derailed or constantly revised, but there is no clear or consistent overall direction. 3) Career progression is highly dependent on who you report to. Only a select few, lucky enough to be directly involved with certain bosses or revenue-driving functions, get recognized and rewarded. If you’re not in one of those roles, your contributions will be severely undervalued and underappreciated, no matter how hard you work. 4) A lack of transparency and communication from the top results in confusion around priorities and overall company strategy. 5) There's a disconnect between leadership’s involvement in day to day tasks and their ability to provide meaningful, long-term direction for the company.
