Pros

No pros at all. Beware of the true reality.

Cons

1)Uses Quantium Australia's name and claims to be a subsidiary but in reality acts more like a franchise 2)Pathetic Infrastructure (Frequent Internet and Power Cuts even after one year of inception in India) 3)Treated by Australian company as second class employees. India Tickets wont resolve in less than a week even when it's urgent and high priority 4)Too much internal politics 5)Data entry job of pulling Insurance quotes from website is what the India team works on 6)Can talk the talk but not walk the walk 7)No specialist manager, generalist without analytic experience managing it 8)Just another company by an investor who dont have time to manage and is busy most of the time with other investments 9)Completely aimless and without any future plans 10)Don't even have mandatory softwares licenses 11)In interview have the audacity to falsely state that all softwares are available to Indian employees when in reality it's not the case 12)Not a place for experienced professionals; beware of the rosy picture they draw 13)Selection process is too slow 14)No system to evaluate performance 15)Using jargon after reading few books is key to success without even having very basic minimal analytic experience 16)Treats employees as a replaceable asset who can be brought at a price 17)Most of the experienced hires left the company within 6 months of joining 18)Majority of employees are very dissatisfied 19)office is located in a evangelist NGO building with a lot of discrimination 20)Indian employees are not allowed to even use the main front door for entry

Pros

1) Decent work life balance 2) Gender equality is valued 3) It is in the process of becoming a multi national company 4) Get to work with some very talented people 5) A fun place 6) No stressful work, as the work is not challenging enough to make you stressed out

Cons

1) Instead of retrospecting the concerns raised by a non biased employee in previous glassdoor review, the management setup a meeting to desperately prove that the points were illegitimate, baseless and written by someone with no maturity. 2) The whole "relationship with a team member" point mentioned in the other review is felt by many people in the company. What he/she might not realize is that she is not the first person to have experienced something similar by the same guy. 3) Worst kind of politics in the company especially India. Most of it is attributed to the greed of people who are leading the analytics 4) Lack of analytical knowledge & experience of the leads motivated them to become people managers rather than business oriented managers. Some of them pretend they are highly experienced psychologists. They would jump at every chance to judge people based on their so called "culture survey". The very culture survey which didn't prevent people like them getting in to the company. 5) As an analyst i expect the lead to have a strong skillset so that he can help his reportees. Instead we have to rely on Australia team to solve even our minuscule problems. I bet very few people would agree that their lead is the goto person for their problems. If he/she is not the skilled in analytics, they might as well work in other departments which doesnt require much skill 6) The amount of unquestioning support received by one of the leads from the top management of India is unfathomable. I question their contribution as an analyst or as a lead from an analytics point of view. 7) The recent role changes are completely biased to few people towards whom favouritism is shown. 8) The core problem is that they think its a startup company. But in reality its just an outsourced company where mundane work is given out to Indian analysts. It makes me sad whenever i hear leads say "we are working on cutting edge analytics"

Pros

Not much to talk about, probably the free snacks is the best things about the company.

Cons

Work is very boring and routine, all the unwanted work from Australian office gets shipped over here and the management portrays this as doing cutting edge analytics. Analysts here have no say in project scoping and design and management makes no effort to improve that. Efficiency at work is not much appreciated as long working hours for no obvious reasons is the norm. Management lacks vision big time.
