Pros
- Learning about End to End Sales. Apart from that nothing. - Sales Manager and Team leads are good people.
Cons
- If you are a fresher, they'll exploit you. No work life balance, less pay, more work from few people. - People are like zombies in every team, exhausted. Even if they complaint to top management, the CEO, Directors, Managers are ignorant as the works are happening.They are quiet ignorant. - It may look shiny from outside, but spend 2 months, You'll start hating your work.
