Pros

The only reason if someone want to degrade themselves and think of working here is the work itself. The work is good here in some areas, you will get to learn. I am mainly talking about research department.

Cons

Some of the worst internal policies: 1. Their IT team is absolutely rubbish. They will give you old laptop. Internet keeps getting disconnected. 2. You are being tracked on everything, I mean everything. The apps you are working on, the screen you are viewing EVERYTHING. 3. Biggest: They track your every minute. They have an app running in background, which will freeze your screen if you stay idle for more than 7 minutes. Once you come back you will have to provided justification for where were you for 7 minutes. 4. They have blocked everything. You don’t even have a good PDF software. The paid version will not be made available to you. 5. Office is also very bad. No tissue paper in toilets. Also, very bad smell as soon you enter office and they don’t even do anything about it.

Pros

1) Office timings are from 11:30 AM -9:00 PM (it's subjective) 2) No or rare work pressure, you can get lots of free time 3) Pay scale is good (Money is not the everything..🙂)

Cons

1) They follow a hybrid model: 2 days in the office (WFO) and 3 days working from home (WFH). The catch here is that for the remaining 3 days, you have to be within a 50km radius from the office location. This means you can't go to your hometown or other places like Delhi, Bangalore, Pune. 2) The 2 days in the office (WFO) are mandatory. If you miss any or both of these days due to any reason, even if you are unwell, you have to compensate for that within the same or the following week. To do so, you need to inform and get permission from your manager. 3) There is no work-from-hometown policy at all. Even during the festival season, they won't allow it. Manger won't (can't) provide leaves to all team members during festivals (Holi/Diwali) and also doesn't offer the option to work from home. 4) Managers tend to favor their favorite employees and openly ignore talented and deserving team members. 5) The managers' behavior is concerning; they don't miss any chance to torment their subordinates. It seems their main Key Result Area (KRA) is to ensure that their employees are unhappy, depressed and dissatisfied and if not, they will make sure to do so. 6) The IT department functions like a government office; you have to wait indefinitely to get your issues resolved. Their solution for almost all problems is to "restart your laptop." 7) The HR department is similar to the IT team; you hardly get any proper response, and they keep asking for various documents in the name of process, even for the smallest of matters. 8) There are no team parties, joining kits, and team outings provided. 9) The cafeteria's food quality and taste are terrible, and the issue is not acknowledged or addressed. 10) If you need to use the medical room or require any medicine, you first need approval from your manager (this reminds me a scene from Munna Bhai MBBS... 😂) 11) The company doesn't offer any cab pick-up/drop facility. You can use the cab service if you are staying post 10:30 PM, but again, you need your manager's approval and have to inform them 2 hours in advance. 12) The company doesn't trust its employees and practices excessive micromanagement (as you have observed in the above points), overseeing even the smallest tasks. 13) In the investment Banking department, they have only couple of clients with a total team size of approximately 20 in the Investment Banking department. 14) The day you complaint about the manager behaviour to the director, they take prompt act action and within few days they will celebrate your farewell (Adeos!!)
