      The conditions are good like working from home, being able to work from other countries and the salary. It is also fun to work for TUI as cohesion is in most teams and departments good

      Too many barriers to execution, it is a huge company so things change very slowly. Hard to grow within the company

      - Making up appearances and befriending the right people is substantially more beneficial than being well-educated, experienced and/or a top performer - Salaries are too low and there's no chance of ever catching up with the market if your initial salary was not good.

      Salary is a bit of a joke, but that's unfortunately what you get in the Travel Industry. No options to move up as it's a very small and senior team.
