      1.Salary and Incentives are always credited on time,typically by the 1st of the Month. 2.There is no toxic work pressure,as management is understanding and supportive 3.The Management team,including Managers and team leaders is excellent and fosters a cooperative environment

      The work schedule includes regular Saturday working days and lacks fixed days off, which can sometimes make maintaining a work-life balance challenging
