1. Not employee centric. Always agrees to accomodate client demands and scope changes outside the scope of agreement 2. Pretends to care about employees and talks highly about their so called 'Culture' but in reality, there is no culture and they don't care about the employees 3. Unethically laying off employees by threatening them. Lies about this in townhalls saying that they are terminating only those employees who failed background checks. 4.Old boy network: People who have been part of the company since it's inception control everything. Growth depends on being loyal and close to them 5. Some managers are terrible. But company will never listen to employees and will instead promote those managers because of their relationship with clients and the value they bring 6. High attrition. People are leaving because once they join, they realise it's nothing like they imagined before. 7. Overhired during Covid and is still overhiring. Hire and fire at will 8. No proper policies in place. No WLB. Always go the extra mile and give up your life just to survive 9. No employee benefits apart from on time salary and health insurance for self. No internet reimbursement eventhough it's WFH. No other employee benefits either. 10. Feedback is mentor dependent. If mentor is useless or uninterested, you won't learn anything and grow. But company will always only listen to what mentor says. No platform to actually express what the employees feel like 11. Horrible HRs. Puppet to management and bullies employees

Pros

1. Lots of projects in a wide variety of domains. 2. Most tech leads are very good managers and maintain good culture. 3. Lots of learning with the latest tech stack. 4. A good number of meetups with fun activities.

Cons

1. Some amounts of confusion in project allocations and types of work you do.. expected from a consulting firm since client dependent. 2. Work can get hectic sometimes in some projects. 3. HR team is not good.. They only keep telling what they tell, never listening to employee preferences and concerns, whether in case of projects, salary, location, etc.

- Great learning ecosystem. They are serious about investing time and resources towards an employees learning, and not just concerned with immediate deliveries. Investment in learning is an investment in the future. - Smooth transition between projects that suit ones areas of interest; managers take into account employee's preferences. - Increment and pay are great. - The work is exciting and everyone is open to new ideas. Multiple open discussion platforms across the entire organization to encourage serious discussion. - Great culture of collaborative work. Has a flexible and progressive mindset. - Extremely flexible working options; "Work From Home"/Hybrid all available based on individual employee preferences. Overall has managed to combine the progressive mindset of a startup with a great employee-centric culture. The output being "Tiger Culture".

Cons

It has been just a year. Yet to find any in terms of organization. Health insurance provider could possibly be a bit better; the current provider does not have a very good rating. Although no personal experience of availing it as yet.

Pros

Good work life balance. Management is good.
