We appreciate your candid feedback on both the positives and challenges you've experienced. It’s encouraging to know you recognize the initial package offered for 2–6 years of experience. We are concerned about the issues you raised regarding work-life balance, job security, and management support. Addressing these concerns is a priority, and we are actively reviewing policies to ensure a more stable and supportive environment for developers. Suggestions like yours are critical for us to improve. If you’d like to share further thoughts, please contact us at hr@ust.com
