Pros

Sometimes he gives one or two bananas, as a performance bonus. Literally!

Cons

I worked at b-cause as a full time employee since the beginning of its establishment in Bangladesh. I’m sure you already know, how disgusting the CEO is. Let me share you some interesting facts: One day he came back from his hotel with some towel, and said to use these in our office. Next time he did it again, then again…. He literally stole towel from the hotel so that we didn’t have to buy tissue for our office. He even counts how many toilet paper we use. The hotel he usually stays in, all the staffs/managers hates him for his behavior. He checked out at 12 pm but still stay in the hotel lobby for hours and finishes his task just to minimize the cost. He even expects special treatment from the hotel, where there’s no policy like that. Few times situation was so bad, had to go to the hotel to convince the manager, and apologize for his behavior. He disrespects every country he visits. There was an incident in our Philippines office, where police were involved, and he fled like a thief as he actually is. Interesting right? That’s the truth!

1. The CEO is a dictator metal person 2. He will cut your salary every month 3. He will offer you the job with interesting salary structure but it's total lie 4. He will announce new rules everyday he will find new ways to reduce your salary 4. He sees his employees as slaves, and himself as a king 5. He will make you clean the washroom 6. He will use slang when talking to you 7. He doesnt give any welfare to the employee 8. He will make attractive Job offer letter to get you in his company, but it's total lie 9. His English is very bad, but he acts like our English is bad 10. The work time is from 9am to 6pm. But he will make you work from 8.30- to even sometimes 10pm, but he wont give any overtime pay 11. He will make you work on holidays 12. He doesnt follow any government and labor law 13. He will make and break his own policy to reduce your salary 14. and lastly if you want to resign, he will again cut your salary showing some nonsense reasons. it's better to stay at home instead of working for a such a scammer company

Don't join the company

Pros

Not a lot of benefits. Mainly the best thing about the company is it is so obviously bad that you know to quit very quickly without much hesitation. Coworkers are fine. Actual work is fine when the president isn't there.

Cons

Contract wages and workings hours different from what was promised. I didn't sign the switch and bait contract upon joining. I did unpaid labor for the company while my start date was pushed back multiple times. Toxic working environment mainly from the company president. Employees leave en mass. The computer EPR system is broken, meaning the job will become impossible to do if not fixed. Communication with Bangladesh is poor - President doesn't respect or value his employees only picked them to pay a lower wage. Treats the people in Bangladesh as slaves - doesn't treat Tokyo employees much better. President has rage fits, yells and degrades employees, interviewees and customers - in his mind everyone is wrong except him. Former employees prank and mess up the operations of the company. Working Saturdays and holidays as well as 2 hours of self-study required is completely unreasonable on top of the expected overtime hours.
