One of the highlights of 2024 has been welcoming our talented new batch of interns to the team! With a fresh wave of energy and enthusiasm, they kicked off their journey with a power-packed Interns’ Day. The day began with Santhanam Govindaraj’s introduction to life at Broadridge, followed by an overview of the company from our VP, Shantvijay Puranik, CFA. Roopashri VY then took them through the various learning and development opportunities, and Sutrishna Ghosh led an insightful session on Personal Branding. Each session offered valuable takeaways for our interns that will serve them well in the future. The day concluded with a fun and creative tote bag painting activity organized by our CSR team. This allowed our interns to not only get a taste of the Broadridge culture but also express their creativity in support of a meaningful cause. For us, the community that we live and work in is a crucial part of our ecosystem! Our annual Broad Hopes Fest provided the perfect opportunity to meaningfully engage with this community, dedicating our time and energy while celebrating the joy of giving. This year, the fest was larger, more creative, and even more vibrant! Over 20 NGOs and CSR partners joined us, showcasing their creativity and talent. From handmade artworks and exquisite jewelry to intricate origami, eco-friendly bags, and beautiful festive decorations—the array was truly stunning. But the experience didn't stop there! We hosted home chefs and cooks who treated us to delicious pastries, cupcakes, and other delightful treats. One of our NGO partners also put up a free health check-up booth for visitors. What truly made the event memorable was the spirit and kindness of everyone involved.
