We are very pleased to announce that Broadridge has received a score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and has been named an Equality 100 Award recipient as a Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion. CEI is the foremost benchmarking survey in the United States for measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ equality. This is the 11th year that Broadridge has received a score of 100%, and we are honored to earn this recognition once again.
