Great work by the team who received the Team Achievement Award for their work on a Resource Management System which is a web application that aids in managing projects, resource allocations, and monitoring over/under allocation. A workflow is used to request resources for contracted project roles by country. Key features include notifying resource functional managers to manage resource allocations at the task and sub-task levels by month or week, adding new project roles, unassigning resources, assigning placeholder resources, viewing resources’ free availability, comparing and reviewing resources’ allocations, etc. Dashboards and reports help to analyze, compare, and review variances, resource needs, etc. The centralized admin module offers tools to manage user roles and privileges across applications hosted within the system, ensuring secured user authorization and improving the user experience.
