Hiring Update - Hiring is going on at full speed in these lockdown times, with the entire recruitment and onboarding processes moved to a virtual platform. While this is something that all companies have implemented, at Customer Analytics we did it in an extremely seamless and efficient way, moving from face-to-face processes to virtual processes overnight. We are happy to announce that we have recruited more than 50 excellent employees since April 2020, and this number is steadily increasing. Some of the skills sets we have focussed on during hiring are dot net, PEGA Developers, SQL, OMS developers, Mobile developers, IOS Developers, and Automation testers and we are currently looking for people skilled in Dot net, SQL, OMS developers, and Automation testers.
Employee Welfare @ Customer Analytics - Employee welfare has always been priority number 1 for Customer Analytics. So, when the Covid 19 outbreak reached pandemic proportions, we immediately moved to a work-from-home model for all employees, including Support teams. Necessary IT accessories such as monitors, desktop systems, and even power strips, were delivered to the homes of employees in Chennai, and required arrangements were made to get the same to those who lived outside Chennai as well. Employees were counseled to shift to broadband internet support for good connectivity, and reimbursement was provided for the same to all employees. In order to allow employees to work in comfort, office chairs were also delivered to their homes.
