How are we helping employees during this second wave of Covid? To mention just a few of the initiatives: A corpus fund to help employees of Customer Analytics who need financial assistance during this difficult time. Working closely with our insurance partner to assist affected employees and family members. Formation of a Covid Support group who swing into action every time an employee calls for help in locating beds or oxygen. Setting up of vaccination camps for employees and their families. Working as a team to ensure timely support and also ensuring our clients can continue to rely on us for quality deliverables! We are thankful for all those employees who have stayed safe, and who have recovered. At the same time, our hearts go out to all those who have lost loved ones, and we pray for them and their families. Together, we will get through thisβ¦
A company-wide meeting after a long time! Our President, Rajesh Balchandran, gave us a quick run-through of new clients, new projects, and potential opportunities. He reminded us of our company's core purpose - Delivering tangible value to clients, Helping clients to do better in what they do, Creating sustainable technology solutions, and Creating wealth for employees. In relation to the last point, he made a surprise announcement of a special annual bonus for employees starting from this year! Definitely a company that believes in sharing profits with the employees.
All employees of Customer Analytics are given health insurance provided for by the company. Over and above this, a special health insurance coverage for COVID 19 for employees, spouse, and children has also been given by the company. Options are being explored to add parents of employees to this scheme as well. Hoping that these difficult times are soon past and our work and personal lives soon resume normalcy again!
Employee training sessions and induction programs have all been moved online, and part of the regular routine of the HR team is to check on employees to see how they are faring in these tough times. Virtual tea breaks, online puzzles, surveys, and other games were some of the initiatives implemented to help employees de-stress. We plan to continue coming up with innovative ideas to keep employees motivated and engaged during this work-from-home phase we are going through.
