We’re proud to be certified as a Top Employer in the United Kingdom. 🎉 Our first UK office opened its doors in London 18 years ago and expanded to Leeds in 2018. Over these past nearly two decades, we've worked hard to build the same people-centered culture that we have across the globe. Today, our teams work with some of the top companies in the region. Thank you to our teams in the UK; their vision and drive made this achievement from the Top Employers Institute possible. Discover how a career with UST can amplify your impact in the link below.
Our UK team held their latest NowU event at our London office, celebrating our team’s recent achievements and sharing our plans for the year. NowU is UST's women’s network dedicated to empowering women within our organization and the communities we operate in. This team has delivered STEM lessons to 1K children across UK schools in 2023 and has championed our strategic partnership with Tech She Can – to help improve the ratio of women in technology. Other highlights from this event, which was held in-person and virtually: • Colleen Doherty, our Chief People Officer, shared her journey to leadership and key lessons learned. • The event was organized and led by our team members Farah Majid, Strategic Talent Acquisition Team Lead; Heather Dawe, Chief Data Scientist; and Seena Mohan, Senior HR Business Partner. • Paras Chandaria, our Executive Chairman, participated in a leadership Q&A and shared his point of view on the importance of these initiatives at UST.
Our team recently volunteered with Child Creativity Lab to create 368 STEAM kits that will help impact over 1K students. The kits incorporate creative play and skill-based learning using recycled materials – encouraging critical thinking and a hands-on way to explore STEAM concepts. Students are challenged to act as an engineer to imagine, design and construct a freestanding ramp that allows a marble to travel after it touches the floor. 📍: Aliso Viejo, California
Our CEO Krishna Sudheendra visited the Chennai office’s COLORS team to discuss their approach to community initiatives and plans for the future. The COLORS framework connects our teams across the globe with employee-led opportunities to develop their skills and get involved in the local community.
