What is the salary like at DXC Technology?

There is not much, except that some nice old people are waiting for retirement or redundancy.

where can I start, no pay increase over 5 years, an extremely unprofessional working environment, No career prospects, the lowest pay in the industry, and Management is awful and a liar.

Usually The colleagues are amazing and really friendly/helpful. The management is really good and implicated and the work-life balance is good.

Low Salaries, poor management, non existent HR, Toxic culture of bullying and harassment, would rather pay external than let management promote good staff, don’t have equal pay for comparison roles, no bonus, no progression and no staff benefits.

Excellent team oriented work. Professional development is really good. You can learn a lot of hard and soft skills.

Sometimes it is necessary to stay after hours. Salary is great, but should have a smoother 'salary raise process'.
