      Sub standard training, stressful, expected to jump through hoops, constant changing the way things are done so you never actually know how you should be doing things.

      Pros

      Wages are ok, but works out minimum wage for the ours you work.

      Cons

      overworking hours, always understaffed, management dont car how you feel job has to be done even if you start @5am finish around 7pm with minimal break. Those who on salary pay have to work overtime without the payment. No christmas bonus, no motivation at all.

      Pros

      Good basic pay that rises every year for the first three years. Management are generally good at supporting you dealing with difficult customers. Holiday days are generous especially for part time staff. 10% staff discount, higher near Christmas.

      Cons

      Top down restructuring of procedures from head office can come with little warning/training for staff. Area manager spend too much time on there pet peeves and not enough on the bigger issues. Very fast paced busy environment and understaffed more often than not. You will be apologising for the wait a lot.

      Pay is not bad, office is not bad.

      Cons

      Working in CS, we have won a big national customer service award over the last 2 years in a row, and there is no trickle down or reward for the agents who make the place tick. Christmas bonus was €50 december 2024.

      - great benefits - decent pay - fast-paced -willing to change and adapt ( can be a con depending how you see this point)

      Cons

      - change strategy too often - unclear strategy - no bonus regardless how hard you worked during the year. - overtime is not allowed, doesn’t matter how much workload you have.
