Interview
I had a brief phone interview from a regional recruiter first, followed by a video interview from a district recruiter. I never met anyone in person, only over the phone and internet. Both were very pleasant and the questions were typical open ended questions that asked for examples of work ethic and problem solving.

What are some skills you feel you could improve upon (as related to a call center environment position)?

Interview
The interview consists of three rounds starting from aptitude which was moderate level , the second round was a technical interview where they asked me to write down a code for a program and explain it followed by some logical reasoning questions. The final round was with the unit head where he questioned me regarding my project and topics from electronics.
