Online application, phone interview. The absolute worst interview process I have ever experienced in my life. The interviewer was 10 minutes late for the call, rude, not at all concerned with my answers to the questions asked. Seemed to be in a call center in another country. Kept saying please hold so he could type. Was hard to understand. Said multiple times "what are you getting at?" He wanted to know know how much I currently made and why I had a few months gap in my work history. For a company that provides Human Resource services I was floored by the poor quality of the interview. I have not received an email back, but I will not be pursuing any other opportunities with ADP

phone interview and then video interview. If you are near the office I believe it's a in person interview. Sometimes it takes a while to get the interview but if you are confident you would have good chances

It's been a while but I believe they asked the usual interview questions like describe a difficult situation and how you handled it. It's best to use the STAR method when answering questions.

The interview was good, and the hiring manager told me that I was very thorough and gave excellent responses, in addition to my relative experience. I was also told that I would be hearing back from the recruiter the same week. However I have not recieved any feeback or follow up about the interview from the recruiter, even after me following up with the Thank You letter and (3) follow up letters because I really wanted this job.. Still nothing from the recruiter. So Ironically I received an email survey from ADP recruitment, I left my rating and comment and wouldnt you know an hour after that I get another generic email saying they have moved on to other candidates.. Sighs.. these companies I tell ya.. SMH

Had to go through multiple rounds with standard interview questions. The only thing that was useless was the video interview, after the video I had an in person interview with the same questions.
