I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Newtown, PA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Fairly straightforward through Rutgers University, I talked with HR and did some behavioral questions and then the current manager and an analyst I'd be working with called and went through some typical behavioral questions as well. Then I was called back again by the manager for some basic basic technical questions like what is html? How do I rate my skill set? Etc. Then I was given the job offer after a few days.
It was a moderate to hard difficulty, the interviewer was polite, but overall, the process took More than a month. The perks mentioned were good, but hybrid was not there for college students .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
usual basic questions for first round, then technical applications.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Miami, FL) in May 2025
Interview
easy, straightforward common sales questions "sell yourself" good. communication and not hard thinking questions or activities, talked to two people from the office so its not hard and it is just selling yourself
The salary listed online was double what the recruiter told me! It also was advertised as full time but it was actually only 32 hrs/wk and 8 weeks. At the bare minimum this was incompetence. At worst it’s deceptive.
