Very easy going. Asked standard interview questions. Made me feel comfortable. I thought the questions were honest and straightforward. They were looking for how I answered the question. What tools I used in the situation, etc.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had an irate customer...how did you deal with it?
It was a smooth and easy process, but stay confident, and self-introduction is the main one, and they asked me to tell them about our company, ADP.
1st Round - Online Assessment
In which they asked one Python coding question and 30 MCQs to test our aptitude and logical reasoning
Screening with talent acquisition person that was thirty minutes, I had a phone interview for an hour then an in person interview.None of the people were the same except the original recruiter throughout the process
