Interview
Got call from HR and scheduled interview for next day.
1st round: Two Senior members of the team interview me for 2 hours
2nd round: May be Test Manager or Test Lead interviewed for 30 mins
It was very difficult to understand the way questions were asked. He just need Yes or No.
HR has no time to say " you can leave for the day". She called to security people and Security people are saying "You can leave for the day".
By facing this type of interviewers I can say that I don't think ADP is still having the employer of choice culture.

Pretty Straight forward but multiple rounds required and they do ask technical questions based on level applied for. Most people are friendly and having the right upbeat personality definitely helps.

Interview
They conducted written test for more than 6 yrs exp candidate. After the test,HR came and reviewed my profile and said you have cleared your written test and wait for the second round. Then she took my profile to some one and discussed about the package and notice period.After an hour she came back and said sorry you haven't cleared the test so we cannot proceed to the next round. They are not organized and there is no proper communication.
