I was contacted by e-mail from a recruiter. I contacted her back via phone letting her know that I was interested in the position and that I was available. We scheduled a 20 minute phone interview. I then talked to another person and had a second phone interview which lasted about 30-45 minutes. I then was contacted via e-mail with a steps to fill out a legal application and what my next steps would be. I was then called and told that I they would like to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I met with the hiring manager and it was one of the best interviews I have ever had in my life, she was awesome. I received a call the next day stating that they wanted to go forward and I would receive an email for a release for a background check and a drug test along with an offer letter that I needed to accept or deny.
