Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and recieved a response within a week. Had the first interview and was asked to have a second, however relocating from San Diego to San Franchisco would be too expensive so I had to decline the second interview. The interviewer was incredibly warm and friendly and felt as if we were having a regular conversation. When I told her I wasn't able to make the move she was more than open to connect me with a San Diego recruiter, however the SD location was not hiring at the time.

Question 1
ADP requires that you have a video interview prior to your phone interview. You get 30 seconds to prepare your answer, which was a little nervewrecking, however it went well! Typical questions asked..why do you want to work for ADP, what can you offer our company, etc.
