The company found my resume online and contacted me for their job posting. They interviewed me over the phone first. Then they called me to reschedule an in person interview at their office. I interviewed with two people separately.

They ask question regarding HR meetings that are held locally and if you have attend them. If you say yes, then be ready to give details of the meetings and discuss the topic.
