I found the scenario-based questions challenging yet engaging, as they mirrored real-life situations that a CSR might encounter. It demonstrated the company's commitment to ensuring they select candidates with the right set of skills.
Hiring event with 15 candidate, a lot of basic behavioral question that lead to a 2nd round with another interviewer. Overall the whole process was about 1 hour but waiting to get interview took an extra 30 minutes.

A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
