I responded to a LinkedIn invite from the HRO Director to schedule an informal call. Next, she introduced me to the recruiter where I had a screening call. This call was followed by a 30 minute conversation with the regional VP. Last conversation was an in person interview with my potential people manager. Offer followed 4 days later.

Two phone interviews and one in person interview. In person interview went well but never heard back ya or nay, Very rude. ADP is a joke and the company management is extremely arrogant.
