I originally applied for a role in Major Accounts and was rejected. I later applied for an entry-level position, which I was also rejected for, despite having 9.5 years of sales and management experience and a master’s degree. Then a recruiter reached out to me for the same entry-level role and invited me to interview. After that interview, I was told my qualifications made me a better fit for the HRO division and was referred by an employee from the organization, so I interviewed with the VP there. Shortly afterward, I was transferred again—this time to Major Accounts, the very department I initially applied for, with feedback that I was “a better fit” for that team.
During the Major Accounts interview, I spoke with the VP, who showed up in a sports pullover/workout jacket—something that came off as unprofessional given the context. After the interview, I followed up multiple times over the next three weeks but was completely ghosted with no updates or feedback.
The entire experience felt disorganized and disrespectful. For a company that claims to value talent and professionalism, my experience was the opposite.
If you’re considering applying here, be prepared for a chaotic process with little respect for your time or experience.
