Interview
Interview process was much faster and results were shared promptly so that next rounds are scheduled in few days. This allows candidates to know the results and process further accordingly.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
