Interview
I had a phone interview with a HR manager. Then I have been invited for a onsite interview with a HR manager and a BIM manager. I had questions related to my eduction, my professional background and my motivations to join them. It is a classical job interview process, just make sure you know what you are talking about.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.
Tested project related knowledge more about communication protocols

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
