      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Apr 2025

      Interview

I recently had the chance to interview with Capgemini for a role aimed at experienced professionals, and I have to say, the whole process was really smooth, organized, and well-coordinated. 1. Initial Screening: It all kicked off with an HR screening round where we talked about my background, current position, skills, and what I was looking for in terms of both technical aspects and salary. The HR representative also gave me a clear picture of the role, the project requirements, and what the next steps would be. 2. Technical Interview: This part was quite thorough and centered around my core skills, which include [mention your skills, e.g., Java, Spring Boot, SQL, AWS, etc.]. The interviewer posed scenario-based questions and delved into real-world project challenges. I was also asked to walk through my recent projects, the architectural decisions I made, and how I approach problem-solving. 3. Managerial/Project Discussion: During this round, we focused on my previous project experiences, how I collaborate with teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate with clients. It felt more like a conversation aimed at gauging my functional knowledge, leadership skills, and how well I could adapt to Capgemini’s work environment. 4. HR Discussion: The final round was with HR, where we had a general chat about the company culture, policies, joining formalities, notice period, and compensation. Overall Experience: The entire process felt transparent and very candidate-friendly. Each round was handled professionally, and I received timely updates from the HR team. It was a positive experience that left me with a great impression of the work culture and professionalism at Capgemini.
