Contacted by a Gartner internal recruiter who saw my profile on LinkedIn. We spoke for one hour. Very detailed review of my work history and my style of selling. Second phone interview with a more senior recruiter. Same style of interview.
Next step was to have a face-to-face interview with hiring manager. Neither recruiter called me back nor answer any of my several, but politely spaced emails over several weeks. They just blew me off...

Interview had 3 stages. the last one with your VP, you had to roleplay. Recruitment will prepare you thoroughly for the process. With some prep it is doable. very generic,

Pretty standard interview, prepare examples from your career history. Two recruiter calls, one screening one behavioral, followed by final panel/role play call. Recruiter prepared me well, follow the instructions that they give you on how to run the mock scenario. Ask questions, be curious.
